Bhindi Raita Recipe

Bhindi also known as Okra is rich in calcium folate, fiber, antioxidants, and protein. A yummy and tasty blend that is best for a hot summery noon.

1 Cup(97.0 gm) Bhindi (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, add 1 cup chopped bhindi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder and mix well.

  • Cover the lid and cook.

  • Keep the bhindi aside in a bowl.

  • In another bowl add 1/4th cup curd , 1/4th tsp salt, cooked bhindi and mix well.

  • Garnish with pomegranate.
