Bhindi also known as Okra is rich in calcium folate, fiber, antioxidants, and protein. A yummy and tasty blend that is best for a hot summery noon.
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, add 1 cup chopped bhindi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder and mix well.
Cover the lid and cook.
Keep the bhindi aside in a bowl.
In another bowl add 1/4th cup curd , 1/4th tsp salt, cooked bhindi and mix well.
Garnish with pomegranate.
