  • In a pan add 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 cup chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste , 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and Stir Well

  • Add 1 cup chopped bhindi and stir well, 1/4 tsp white til and 1/4 tsp kasuri methi

  • Serve with Chapati
