Bhindi is packed with dietary fibre, which keeps satiated and makes feel full for longer time, is very low-calorie veggie. It is a vegetable which is commonly eaten in Indian family.
In a pan add 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 cup chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste , 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and Stir Well
Add 1 cup chopped bhindi and stir well, 1/4 tsp white til and 1/4 tsp kasuri methi
Serve with Chapati
