Bhindi is one of the most loved vegetable by all the kids. This recipe is perfect way to add kids favorite bhindi in a unique way. It is a great way to incorporate curd in the diet.
Add 2 tsp Oil add 1/2 Cup Bhindi and stir well
Add 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder add 1/4 tsp Haldi and 1/4 tsp Salt Stir Well Cover and let it Cook
In a Bowl Add 1/4 Cup Curd add 1 tbsp Besan add 1/4 tsp Haldi Whisk well and add 100 ml Water
Add 1 tsp Oil in a Pan add 1/4 tsp Rai add 1/4 tsp Jeera add 1/4 green chilly add 4 no Kadi Patta
Add 1/4 tsp Hing Add 1/8 tsp Haldi Stir Well and Add the Mixture into it and add 1/4 tsp Salt
Add 1/4 tsp Jaggery and mix well
Add Cooked Bhindi into it.
Add chopped 1 tsp Coriander Leaves
Serve with Chapati
