- Step 1 In a mixer, add soaked dates, 1/4 tbsp jaggery, 1/4 tbsp tamarind, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/4 red chilli and
- Step 2 little water
- Step 3 Blend it to a fine paste and keep it aside.
- Step 4 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped boiled potato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp prepared chutney and mix it well
- Step 6 Add 1 cup puffed rice, 1.5 tbsp sev and mix together
- Step 7 Add 5 crushed papdi, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and whole moong sprouts
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate
- Step 9 Give it a good mix and serve immediately
