Prepreparation
Soak dates
- Step 2
Boil and chop 2 tbsp potato
- Step 3
Soak and sprout whole moong
- Step 4
For the chutney
In a mixie, add soaked dates, 1/4 tbsp jaggery, 21/4 tbsp tamarind, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/4 red chilli and water as required

Blend it into a fine paste and keep it aside.

For the Bhelpuri
In a vessel, add 2 tbsp chopped boiled potato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato

Add 2 tbsp of the prepared chutney
- Step 8
Mix it well
- Step 9
Add 1 cup puffed rice, 1.5 tbsp sev and mix it well
- Step 10
Add 5 crushed papdi, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and whole moong sprouts
- Step 11
Mix all these well
- Step 12
Serve it immediately
