Bhelpuri With Sprouts Recipe

Bhelpuri is a crispy and crunchy dish with a balance of sweet, sour and spicy flavours. Sprouted moong contains a lot of vitamin C, protein, fiber, and minerals.

  • Prepreparation

    Soak dates

  • Boil and chop 2 tbsp potato

  • Soak and sprout whole moong

  • For the chutney

    In a mixie, add soaked dates, 1/4 tbsp jaggery, 21/4 tbsp tamarind, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp lemon juice, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/4 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/4 red chilly and water as required

  • Blend it into a fine paste and keep it aside.

  • For the Bhelpuri

    In a vessel, add 2 tbsp chopped boiled potato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato

  • Add 2 tbsp of the prepared chutney

  • Mix it well

  • Add 1 cup puffed rice, 1.5 tbsp sev and mix it well

  • Add 5 crushed papdi, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and whole moong sprouts

  • Mix all these well

  • Serve it immediately
