1 Satchet(7.0 gm) Maggi Masala Ae Magic
2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Dhania Powder
2 Tsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Jeera Powder
6 Medium(304.0 gm) Bhindi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(1.0 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(2.0 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/2 Powder Tsp(2.0 gm) Red Chilly
1 Chopped Tbsp(7.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
  • Combine 1 Sachet Maggi MasalaaeMagic with the other spices and mix well. Fill each bhindi carefully with the spice mixture.

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a karahi, add the stuffed bhindis and cook on low heat till done.

  • Garnish with 2 tbsp coriander leaves and serve hot.
