  • In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 cup Nestlé Milkmaid and 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Mix all ingredients and whisk it well.

  • To this mixture add 1 tsp chopped Almond and 2 tsp chopped Pista.

  • Transfer this to earthen pot and then to steamer.

  • Steam this for 15 min.

  • Tasty Bhapa Doi is ready to serve.
