- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 3 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Step 2 Add 3 tsp chopped carrot, 3 tsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp haldi and mix.
- Step 3 Add 4 tbsp besan, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp salt and pour in some water
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 5 Mix everything properly
- Step 6 Place 2 bread slices, apply 2 tsp butter evenly and spread the besan vegetable mixture
- Step 7 Cover with another slice
- Step 8 Heat another pan, add 1 tsp butter and place the sandwich
- Step 9 Toast on both sides until crisp and golden brown
- Step 10 Serve warm.
