A protein rich, nutrient and energy dense snack, perfect tiffin option or a party snack. High nutrition with delicious flavor.
Heat 1 tsp oil, in a pan.
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
Add 2 tsp chopped carrot, 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1/8th tsp haldi and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp besan, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp salt and mix.
Add a little water, mix.
Place bread slice, apply 2 tsp butter and spread the prepared mixture.
Cover with another slice and toast with 1 tsp butter from both sides.
