4.0 Tbsp(38.0 gm) Besan
3.0 Chopped Tbsp(24.0 gm) Onion
3.0 Chopped Tsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
3.0 Chopped Tsp(9.0 gm) Tomato
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
3.0 Tsp(12.0 gm) Butter
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1 tsp oil, in a pan.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.

  • Add 2 tsp chopped carrot, 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1/8th tsp haldi and mix well.

  • Add 1 tbsp besan, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp salt and mix.

  • Add a little water, mix.

  • Place bread slice, apply 2 tsp butter and spread the prepared mixture.

  • Cover with another slice and toast with 1 tsp butter from both sides.

  • Serve warm.
