Steps
- Step 1 Heat pan, add 4 tbsp ghee on medium flame
- Step 2 Then add 1 cup besan into it
- Step 3 Then add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk & stir continuously till it turns into light brown
- Step 4 Let it cool down
- Step 5 Now add 1/2 cup sugar powder, 1 tsp elaichi powder, cashew nut & mix it well
- Step 6 Take a portion, bind it and roll into rounds
- Step 7 Garnish with a raisin or any choice of your nut
