Gram Flour Ladoo With Sugar Recipe

These extremely delicious besan laddoo will melt in your mouth. These are made specially during festivals and are energy densed along with protein and healthy fats.

1 Cup(123.0 gm) Besan
3 Tbsp(34.0 ml) Milk
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Elaichi (Powder)
6 No.(4.0 gm) Raisin
1/2 Cup(72.0 gm) Sugar (Powder)
4 Tbsp(61.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat pan, add 4 tbsp ghee on medium flame.

  • Then add 1 cup besan into it. Then add 3 tbsp milk & stir continuously till it turns into light brown. Let it cool down.

  • Now add 1/2 cup sugar powder, 1 tsp elaichi powder, cashew nut & mix it well.

  • Take a portion, bind it and roll into rounds.

  • Garnish with a raisin or any choice of your nut.
