1.0 Cup(123.0 gm) Besan
3.0 Tbsp(34.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
6.0 Number(4.0 gm) Raisin
1.0 Powder Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Elaichi
1/2 Powder Cup(72.0 gm) Sugar
4.0 Tbsp(61.0 gm) Ghee
Heat pan, add 4 tbsp ghee on medium flame.
Then add 1 cup besan into it. Then add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk & stir continuously till it turns into light brown. Let it cool down.
Now add 1/2 cup sugar powder, 1 tsp elaichi powder, cashew nut & mix it well.
Take a portion, bind it and roll into rounds.
Garnish with a raisin or any choice of your nut.
