These extremely delicious besan laddoo will melt in your mouth. These are made specially during festivals and are energy densed along with protein and healthy fats.
Heat pan, add 4 tbsp ghee on medium flame.
Then add 1 cup besan into it. Then add 3 tbsp milk & stir continuously till it turns into light brown. Let it cool down.
Now add 1/2 cup sugar powder, 1 tsp elaichi powder, cashew nut & mix it well.
Take a portion, bind it and roll into rounds.
Garnish with a raisin or any choice of your nut.
