3.0 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Besan
4.0 Tbsp(57.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
5.0 Number(0.55 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
175.0 Ml(175.0 ml) Water
For Besan Paste
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp besan, 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and water to make a smooth paste and keep aside.
For Kadhi
In a nonstick kadhai, heat 1 tbsp melted ghee.
To that add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 5 kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp hing, besan paste and a little water. Mix well.
Cover and cook for a while.
Serve hot with rice.
