For Besan Paste
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp besan, 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and water to make a smooth paste and keep aside.

For Kadhi
- Step 1 In a nonstick kadhai, heat 1/2 tbsp ghee.
- Step 2 To that add 1/4 th tsp rai, 1/4 th tsp jeera, 5 kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp hing, besan paste and a little water.
- Step 3 Mix well.
- Step 4 Cover and cook for a while.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 6 Serve hot with rice.
