Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 3 tbsp besan and roast until light brown and fragrant.
- Step 2
Pour 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and keep stirring to avoid any lumps.
- Step 3
Add 1.5 tbsp sugar and mix well.
- Step 4
Add soaked kesar water, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and mix all well.
- Step 5
Cook until it combines well.
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped almonds and 1 tsp chopped pista.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding raisins
- Step 8
Serve warm.
