1/4 Cup(31.0 gm) Besan
  • In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup bengal gram flour, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp baking soda, water as required and whisk till medium thick batter consistency.

  • Add into the 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and mix it well.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and pour spoonful batter. Deep fry till golden in color.

  • Serve hot.
