- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 tbsp besan, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp ajwain and whisk into a smooth batter with water as required.
- Step 2 Heat a nonstick pan, add 2.5 tsp oil in a pan and pour a ladle of the batter.
- Step 3 Cook on medium heat. Flip and roast from both sides until golden brown.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 5 Serve with chutney of your choice.
