Besan Cheela Recipe

Gram flour, more popularly known as besan is a highly nutritions food which provides us with lots of health benefits. Owing to it’s high protein content it can be easily be consumed by vegetarians to fulfil their protein needs. It not only is useful inside but also outside the body.

2 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Besan

1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Dhania Powder
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Ajwain
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil

As Required(30.0 ml) Water
  • Make a Batter of 2 tbsp Besan, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp Haldi, 1/8 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/8 tsp Dhania Powder, 1/8 tsp Ajwain and Sufficient Water. Whisk everything together and avoid lumping.

  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil on a pan. Pour the Cheela batter and let it cook on medium heat, flip, and roast from both sides.
