- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1.5 tbsp ghee, 1/4 cup besan, 1 tsp suji and mix well.
- Step 2 Roast until light brown and set aside.
- Step 3 In another pan, add 1.5 tbsp sugar and pour water as required.
- Step 4 Boil to a one thread consistency.
- Step 5 Add the sugar syrup to the roasted besan mixture and mix well.
- Step 6 Add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 8 kesar strands and mix well.
- Step 7 Take a tin, transfer the barfi and pat it evenly.
- Step 8 Add 2 tsp chopped pista, 2 tsp chopped almonds and gently press it.
- Step 9 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 10 Allow to set and cut into squares.
- Step 11 Enjoy this homemade delicacy.
