1/4 Cup(31.0 gm) Besan
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
  • In a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup besan,1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil, water as required, and mix it well.

  • Knead into the dough and roll out with a rolling pin.

  • Roast from both sides on the heated pan.
