1/2 Cup(75.0 gm) Red Capsicum (Chopped)
4 No.(21.0 gm) Walnut
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Lemon Zest (Grated)
2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Jeera
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(14.0 ml) Olive Oil
Dry roast 4 walnuts till light brown.
Dry roast 1/2 cup chopped red capsicum.
In a blender, add 4 roasted walnuts, 1/2 cup chopped red capsicum, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp grated lemon zest, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1/8th tsp salt.
Blend till smooth texture is attained.
Serve with Lavash or spread on Toast/Paratha.
