This Bell Pepper Walnut Dip is a tangy savoury, mildly spiced dip that goes well on toast or with paratha making a fulfilling evening or a lunch box snack.

1/2 Cup(75.0 gm) Red Capsicum (Chopped)
4 No.(21.0 gm) Walnut
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Lemon Zest (Grated)
2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Jeera
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(14.0 ml) Olive Oil
  • Dry roast 4 walnuts till light brown.

  • Dry roast 1/2 cup chopped red capsicum.

  • In a blender, add 4 roasted walnuts, 1/2 cup chopped red capsicum, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp grated lemon zest, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1/8th tsp salt.

  • Blend till smooth texture is attained.

  • Serve with Lavash or spread on Toast/Paratha.
