Usual curd flavored with spices and made nutritious and attractive with bell peppers makes it an ideal option of a side dish in any meal.
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
Add seasonings 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp jeera, 2 tsp peanuts, 4 kadi patta leaves, 1/4th tsp grated ginger and saute.
Now add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/10th tsp black salt and allow it to cool.
In a bowl, add 1/4th cup curd and the prepared bell pepper seasoning. Mix all ingredients gently.
Serve with any dish.
