1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Red Capsicum

2.0 Tsp(7.0 gm) Peanuts

1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger

4.0 Number(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta

0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera

0.13 Tsp(0.46 gm) Rai

0.13 Tsp(0.65 gm) Black Salt

1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
In a pan, heat 1/4 tsp oil.
Add seasonings 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp jeera, 2 tsp peanuts, 4 kadi patta, 1/4th tsp grated ginger and saute.
Now add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/10th tsp black salt and allow it to cool.
In a bowl, add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd and the prepared bell pepper seasoning. Mix all ingredients gently.
Serve with any dish.
