Bell Pepper Peanut Raita Recipe

Usual curd flavored with spices and made nutritious and attractive with bell peppers makes it an ideal option of a side dish in any meal.

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger (Grated)

1/8 Tsp(0.28 gm) Jeera

As Required(0.52 gm) Black Salt

1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
  • In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Add seasonings 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp jeera, 2 tsp peanuts, 4 kadi patta leaves, 1/4th tsp grated ginger and saute.

  • Now add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/10th tsp black salt and allow it to cool.

  • In a bowl, add 1/4th cup curd and the prepared bell pepper seasoning. Mix all ingredients gently.

  • Serve with any dish.
