  • In a pan, heat 1/4 tsp oil.

  • Add seasonings 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp jeera, 2 tsp peanuts, 4 kadi patta, 1/4th tsp grated ginger and saute.

  • Now add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/10th tsp black salt and allow it to cool.

  • In a bowl, add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd and the prepared bell pepper seasoning. Mix all ingredients gently.

  • Serve with any dish.
