3 Chopped Tbsp(27.0 gm) Tomato, Green
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ghee
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Rasam Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Tamarind
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp ghee.
When the ghee melts, add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
Add 3 tbsp chopped green tomato and mix well again.
Add 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp rasam masala, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
Add water and mix again. Add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
