- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/8 cup each of chopped yellow, red and green capsicum, 1/8 cup chopped cherry tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped cucumber and 2 tbsp chopped olives.
- Step 2 Make a dressing by whisking 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 3 Drizzle the dressing over salad and toss well
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding olives
- Step 5 Garnish with 2 tbsp feta cheese and serve
