25 Gm(25.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
  • Add 1/4th cup of each red and yellow capsicum along with 1 garlic clove and 25 gm chicken cubes on top of 1/4th cup diced potatoes in a steamer.

  • Steam till potatoes are cooked.

  • Let cool slightly and then puree in food processor (or blender) until smooth and creamy, adding water from steamer if needed.

  • Serve warm.
