- Step 1 In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil in a pan, 1/4 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp ginger
- Step 3 garlic paste,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mashed brinjal. Mix well.
- Step 4 Garnish it with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 6 Serve hot. Enjoy.
