- Step 1 To prepare the stuffing, add 1 tbsp grated tofu,1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and mix well.
- Step 2 To give a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger.
- Step 3 To make the dough, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tsp grated beetroot, 1/8 tsp salt and knead into a soft dough using water as required.
- Step 4 Roll out into a small round roti fill the prepared stuffing in the center fold and seal the edges.
- Step 5 Roll it out again into a round paratha and heat the tawa.
- Step 6 Place the paratha and roast the paratha from both the sides.
- Step 7 Serve hot with ketchup.
