1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Basil Leaves
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Cream
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/2 Boiled Diced Cup(53.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.54 gm) Ginger
1/4 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/8 Chopped Cup(28.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 ml) Oil
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil add into the 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp chopped ginger,1/4th cup chopped onion and saute it till translucent

  • Add into the 1/2 cup boiled diced sweet potato,1/8th cup boiled diced beetroot,1/4th tsp cumin powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp salt,water as required,mix and cook it well.Blend it in a smooth texture.

  • Transfer beetroot sweet potato mixture in a pan and add into the 2 tbsp cream,1 tbsp chopped basil leaves.

  • Mix and cook it well.

  • Serve hot.
