High Fibre, High Protein
Take 1/4th cup whole wheat flour,1 tbsp maida,1 tbsp curd,1 tbsp milk,1/8th tsp salt. Knead a soft dough. Rest the dough.
In a bowl add 2 tbsp grated beetroot,1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp red chilli powder,1/8th tsp amchur,1/8th tsp white sesame seeds powder,1/8th tsp black sesame seeds powder. Mix well.
Roll the dough.
Fill the stuffing.
Seal and fold.
Add remaining black and white sesame seeds,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Roll into a kulcha.
In a pan roast with 1 tsp ghee.
Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on the pizza base.
Add 1/8th cup diced green capsicum,1/8th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup diced onion,1/8th cup diced tomato,1.5th tbsp grated cheese.
Sprinkle 1/4th tsp oregano and 1/4th tsp chilly flakes.
Cover and allow to cook.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
