A fibrous, colourful, and full of antioxidants salad is perfect for tiffin lunch. Its tangy, delicious and rich in vitamin C.
In a salad bowl, add 3 tbsp grated beetroot,2 tbsp chopped tomatoes.
Season with 1/8th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
