Beetroot Salad Recipe

A fibrous, colourful, and full of antioxidants salad is perfect for tiffin lunch. Its tangy, delicious and rich in vitamin C.

3 Tbsp(24.0 gm) Beet Root (Grated)
2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • In a salad bowl, add 3 tbsp grated beetroot, 2 tbsp chopped

  • tomatoes.

  • Season with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Sprinkle some white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
