In a mixing bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, mashed sabudana, and 2 tbsp grated beetroot.
Then, add 1/4th tsp each of salt, green chilly paste, and jeera powder.
Add sufficient water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
Roll the dough ball into a paratha using a rolling pin.
Roast both sides of the paratha thoroughly on a heated tawa, with 1.5 tsp ghee.
Serve hot.
