Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp coconut oil, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 red chilli and kadi patta
- Step 2
Add cooked quinoa and season with 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3
Cook for a minute and set aside
- Step 4
In a bowl add 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp grated beetroot and whisk until smooth
- Step 5
Add cooked quinoa mixture and 1 tbsp grated coconut and mix it well
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 7
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
