Beetroot Orange Raita Recipe

This tangy, fresh and delicious raita is a great accompaniment. Its colorful, rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants.

1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Curd

2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Beet Root(Grated)

1 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Orange(Diced)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Pudina(Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.31 gm) Saunf
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Jeera Powder
ingredients
1/10 Tsp(0.52 gm) Black Salt
  • In a bowl add 1/4 cup curd, 2 tsp grated beetroot, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/10 tsp black salt, 1 tbsp diced orange and Mix Well.

  • Garnish with 1/8 tsp Saunf.

  • Chill and Serve.
