This tangy, fresh and delicious raita is a great accompaniment. Its colorful, rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants.
In a bowl add 1/4 cup curd, 2 tsp grated beetroot, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/10 tsp black salt, 1 tbsp diced orange and Mix Well.
Garnish with 1/8 tsp Saunf.
Chill and Serve.
