Steps
- Step 1 In a blender, add cooked chole,1 tsp each of white til, olive oil, and lemon juice,1 garlic pod, and 1/8th tsp salt
- Step 2 Blend everything together to a smooth texture
- Step 3 Next, in a mixing bowl, add the prepared hummus, 2 tsp each of grated beetroot and boiled and mashed potato
- Step 4 Season with 1/8th tsp salt, and add 1/4th tsp oregano, and 2 tsp cornflour
- Step 5 Mix all the ingredients well
- Step 6 Roll out the mix into a round shape
- Step 7 In a kadhai, heat oil for frying
- Step 8 Fry until golden brown
- Step 9 Serve poppers hot
