8.0 Ml(8.0 ml) Water
1.0 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Beet Root
1.0 Tbsp(11.0 gm) White Til
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
2.0 Number(3.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
3.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Olive Oil
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
In a blender jar, add cooked chole, 1 tbsp white til, 1 tbsp grated beetroot, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 clove of garlic, 3 tsp olive oil and water as required.
Blend it well until a smooth paste of desired consistency is formed.
Serve with a snack or any dish of your choice.
