1.0 Grated Cup(142.0 gm) Beet Root
1/2 Cup(71.0 ml) Coconut Milk
2.0 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(5.0 gm) Cashewnut
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Pista
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Raisin
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Almond
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi
1.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat a frying pan at a low flame, add 1 cup of grated beetroot and sauté.

  • Once the beetroot water is evaporated, add 1 tbsp ghee, 1/2 tbsp chopped cashewnut, 1 tbsp chopped pista, 2 tsp chopped almonds, 1/2 tbsp raisins and roast it all together.

  • When the mix starts turning light brown, pour in 1/2 cup coconut milk, add 1.5 tbsp sugar, mix and mash.

  • Further add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, cover and allow it to cook.

  • Once cooked and simmering, take off the cover and transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Serve hot.
