1/2 Cup(71.0 gm) Beet Root (Grated)

1/2 Tbsp(5.0 gm) Khoa

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sugar (Powder)

1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat 1 tbsp Ghee, on a low flame

  • Now Add 1/2 cup Grated Beetroot, saute to evaporate the excess water

  • Add 1/2 tbsp Khoa and Add 1 tbsp Powder Sugar

  • Mix well till khoa melts and sugar is dissolved now Add 1 tsp Chopped Almonds

  • Mix Well and Serve Hot.
