In a bowl, add 1/4th cup chopped beetroot, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped pudina.
Mix well and serve a refreshing salad.
