2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/4 Chopped Cup(35.0 gm) Beet Root
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cucumber
1 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
  • In a bowl, add 1/4th cup chopped beetroot, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped pudina.

  • Mix well and serve a refreshing salad.
