This cand fiber rich raita is a delicious combination of beetroot and boiled corn combined with Nestlé A+ Curd, spices and seasonings. Raita can be served as a side or a condiment with any meal.
Boil 1/5 tbsp sweet corn and keep aside.
Take a mixing bowl and add 1.5 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1.5 tbsp grated beetroot, 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/8th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Blend very well with a spoon.
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with boiled sweet corn pieces.
