Beetroot Corn Raita With Cow Milk Curd Recipe

This cand fiber rich raita is a delicious combination of beetroot and boiled corn combined with Nestlé A+ Curd, spices and seasonings. Raita can be served as a side or a condiment with any meal.

1.5 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Beet Root (Grated)
1.5 Tbsp(18.0 gm) Sweet Corn (Boiled)
5 Tbsp(71.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/2 Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • Prepreparation

    Boil 1/5 tbsp sweet corn and keep aside.

  • For Raita

    Take a mixing bowl and add 1.5 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1.5 tbsp grated beetroot, 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/8th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Blend very well with a spoon.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with boiled sweet corn pieces.

  • Serve cold.
