- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup besan, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, water as required and mix well to make a thick batter.
- Step 2
Add 1.5 tbsp sweet corn, 1.5 tbsp grated beetroot to the batter and mix well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding carrot.
- Step 4
Heat oil for frying.
- Step 5
Deep fry the pakoda and serve.
