A beautiful fusion of grated orange carrots, yellow sweet corn and pink beetroot makes it an visually interesting raita. A very beneficial side dish for digestion and to maintain calcium levels. Best eaten alone or serve it with paratha.

  • In a bowl add 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1.5 tbsp grated beetroot, boiled sweet corn, 1/8th tsp salt,1.5 tbsp grated carrot.

  • Mix well and serve fresh.
