This recipe for beetroot chutney is a great way to add this super food to your diet. It can be made within minutes and is a ultimate crowd favorite.
Soak 1 tsp urad dal and 1 tsp chana dal in warm water and keep aside.
Heat 2 tsp oil a frying pan at a low flame.
Add soaked urad dal, soaked chana dal, 10 kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8th tsp hing and sauté.
Further, add 1/2 cup grated beetroot and sauté.
Once cooked, transfer to a blender, add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
Blend until smooth, transfer to a serving bowl.
