- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 2 tsp soaked urad dal, 2 tsp soaked chana dal, 10 kadi patta leaves, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chilli and 1/8 tsp hing and sauté well.
- Step 2 Next, add 1/2 cup grated beetroot and cook for a minute.
- Step 3 For a Nestle Twist add white sesame seeds
- Step 4 Transfer to a blender, add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 5 Blend until smooth.
- Step 6 Serve with your favourite snack.
