For Beetroot Frankie
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp maida,1 tbsp wheat flour,1/8 tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter, salt as per taste, prepared beetroot puree from 2 tbsp beetroot, and mix it well.
- Step 2 Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 3 Roll out the dough into a circular roti and place on a heated pan and roast from both sides.

For Chicken Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1/8 cup julienne onion, and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup shredded chicken,1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/4 tsp garam masala, salt as per taste and saute well. Keep aside.
- Step 3 Give a nestle twist by adding a dash of lemon juice.
- Step 4 Place beetroot roti and spread 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and the chicken mixture over it.
- Step 5 Spread 1/8 cup julienne each of green capsicum and green cabbage on top.
- Step 6 Roll it and serve.
