A beautiful fusion of grated orange carrots and pink beetroot makes it an visually interesting raita. A very beneficial side dish for digestion and to maintain calcium levels. Best eaten alone or serve it with paratha.

  • For making Beetroot carrot raita In a bowl add 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1.5 tbsp grated beetroot,1/8th tsp salt,1.5 tbsp grated carrot. Mix well.

  • Serve with paratha.

  • Garnish it with chia seeds.
