A beautiful fusion of grated orange carrots and pink beetroot makes it an visually interesting raita. A very beneficial side dish for digestion and to maintain calcium levels. Best eaten alone or serve it with paratha.
For making Beetroot carrot raita In a bowl add 5 tbsp curd,1.5 tbsp grated beetroot,1/8th tsp salt,1.5 tbsp grated carrot. Mix well.
Serve with paratha.
Garnish it with chia seeds.
