Beetroot Carrot Raita Recipe

A beautiful fusion of grated orange carrots and pink beetroot makes it an visually interesting raita. A very beneficial side dish for digestion and to maintain calcium levels. Best eaten alone or serve it with paratha.

1.5 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Beet Root (Grated)
1.5 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Carrot (Grated)
5 Tbsp(71.0 gm) Curd
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • For making Beetroot carrot raita In a bowl add 5 tbsp curd,1.5 tbsp grated beetroot,1/8th tsp salt,1.5 tbsp grated carrot. Mix well.

  • Serve with paratha.

  • Garnish it with chia seeds.
