Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp grated beetroot and carrot, 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, and water.
- Step 2
Knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Divide the dough into small portions and roll into a paratha.
- Step 4
Heat a pan and roast the parathas with ghee on both sides until well cooked.
- Step 5
Serve hot with raita.
