1/2 Diced Cup(77.0 gm) Beet Root
  • In a pan add 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/2 cup chopped beetroot, 1/4th cup apple, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper and saute it.

  • Cover an cook for 2 mins.

  • Cool the mix and blend into smooth puree along with 2 tbsp coconut milk.

  • Simmer for a min on low flame.

  • Serve warm.
