- Step 1 Make puree of 2 tbsp grated beetroot.
- Step 2 In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp suji, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp baking soda, beet puree, water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding besan.
- Step 4 Roll out into small puris.
- Step 5 Heat oil for frying, deep fry puris until cooked well and puffed up.
