For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp chana dal, 4 kadi patta and saute well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp grated beetroot ,1/8 tsp green chili paste, 1/8 tsp salt and sprinkle little water.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, cover and cook.
- Step 5 Keep aside.

For Paratha
- Step 1 Knead a semi soft dough using 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tsp oil, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 2 Divide it into equal size balls, roll it into a round shape paratha.
- Step 3 Spread the stuffing of beet poriyal on one side and cover with other half.
- Step 4 Roast it on tawa using 1 tsp ghee till brown and crispy
- Step 5 Serve Hot.
