- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 tbsp bajra flour, 2 tbsp grated beetroot, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp salt, mix and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 3 Pat the dough evenly into a round roti and transfer on a heated griddle.
- Step 4 Tap water on the roti, flip & roast it.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
