Beet Bajra roti is a gluten-free flatbread made from bajra flour. It is low-Fat and Vegan. They are very easy to make and make a good accompaniment to lentils or any Indian vegetable-based curry dish.

1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger
0.2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/3 Flour Cup(23.0 ml) Bajra
2 Grated Tbsp(16.0 gm) Beet Root
  • In a mixing bowl add 3 tbsp bajra flour, grated beetroot, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/8th tsp salt, now add beet root juice and knead into a soft dough.

  • Pat the dough evenly.Transfer on a griddle.

  • Tap Water on bhakri, flip & roast it.
