For Beerakaya Kura
- Step 1 In a pan add 1 tsp oil, soaked urad dal, soaked chana dal,10 Kadi patta,1/4 tsp rai and allow to crackle.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli paste and
- Step 3 saute.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 5 Cover and cook for a minute.
- Step 6 Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tbsp chopped torai, water as
- Step 7 required to adjust consistency.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 9 Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix and cover till its cooked.
