  • For making Beerakaya Kura In a pan add 1 tsp oil, soaked urad dal, soaked chana dal, 10 Kadi patta, 1/4th tsp rai and allow to crackle.

  • Then add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli paste and saute.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and mix well.

  • Cover and cook for a minute.

  • Add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tbsp chopped torai, water as required to adjust consistency.

  • Then, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix and cover till its cooked.
