Beerakaya Kura Recipe

  • For making Beerakaya Kura In a pan add 1 tsp oil, soaked urad dal, soaked chana dal,10 Kadi patta, 1/4th tsp rai

  • Allow to crackle. Then add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped green chilly. Saute.Add 3 tbsp chopped torai,1 tbsp chopped tomato,1/4th tsp salt,1/8th tsp haldi. Mix well.

  • Cover and cook for a minute.

  • Add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1 tbsp milk, water as required to adjust consistency.

  • Mix and cover till its cooked.
