Bedmi poori is a savoury, crispy deep-fried flatbread made with Urad Dal and homemade masalas. It makes an excellent breakfast with potato sabzi or any side dish of your choice.

In a bowl add, 1/2 cup wheat flour, prepared urad dal paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, crushed saunf, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, mix well.
Knead a tight dough.
Take a small ball and roll out a poori.
Heat oil in a pan for frying and fry pooris till golden.
Serve hot. Enjoy.
