- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour, urad dal mixture, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, crushed saunf, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 2 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white til.
- Step 3 Mix well and knead a tight dough.
- Step 4 Take a small portion and roll out a poori.
- Step 5 Heat oil in a pan and fry the pooris until golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
