Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add, 1/2 cup wheat flour, prepared urad dal paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, crushed saunf, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, mix well.
- Step 2
Knead a tight dough.
- Step 3
Take a small ball and roll out a poori.
- Step 4
Heat oil in a pan for frying and fry pooris till golden.
- Step 5
Serve hot. Enjoy.
