Beans Thoran is a simple and nutritious coconut based vegetable that is best served with rice. The fibrous and antioxidant rich vegetable along with a vivid mix of spices enhances the palate as well as the gut.
For coconut paste
Blend together, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut 1 green chilli (chopped), 2 garlic cloves, and 5 kadi patta pieces.
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.
To that add 1/4th tsp rai, 1 red chilli, 1/2 cup chopped french beans, 1/4th tsp haldi and saute well.
Now add the coconut mixture and 1/4th tsp salt. Mix well.
