This is a wonderful dish made with french beans and paneer and can be served with roti or chapati giving a good mix of calcium and fiber.
In a Kadai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp jeera to the hot oil and allow it to crackle.
Then add 1/2 tbsp onion and saute the onions till they turn translucent.
Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell of ginger goes.
Add 3 tsp chopped frenchbeans, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and add water. Mix well and cover the vessel.
Allow it to cook until the water completely dried.
Now add mashed paneer, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve with roti.
