25 Gm(25.0 gm) Spaghetti
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Matki
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rajma
10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
2 Tsp(5.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.14 gm) Oregano
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves
1/4 Chopped Cup(28.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Diced Cup(36.0 gm) Broccoli
  • Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a pan.

  • Add 1/4th cup chopped onion,1 tsp chopped garlic and saute well

  • Add broccoli and mix well.

  • Add water and let it simmer.

  • Season with 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, and 1/8th tsp oregano.

  • Add boiled beans and mix well.

  • Now add the cooked spaghetti and garnish with 1 tsp chopped basil leaves.

  • Mix well and serve hot.
