- Step 1 First soak and cook 3.5 tsp rajma. Also puree 1/2 cup pumpkin and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a pan add 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and pumpkin puree.
- Step 3 Add cooked rajma beans and mix well.
- Step 4 Add water, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 5 Cover and let it simmer.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 7 Serve warm.
