Bean Poppers Recipe

Cheesy and gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside. Rajma beans are rich in magnesium, complex carb and powerhouse of protein is a great addition to your child's meal.

1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic(Grated)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste

1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Mixed Herbs

1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt

For Frying(16.0 ml) Oil
  • For making bean poppers In a bowl add 1/4th cup potato, cooked rajma,1/4th tsp green chilli paste,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8th tsp salt,1 tbsp cornflour. Mash well.

  • Then add 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese,1 tbsp chopped capsicum,1/4th tsp mixed herbs. Mix well.

  • Take a portion of potato mixture.

  • Gently press it.

  • Fill in 1 tbsp of cheese mixture.

  • Fold and roll into round balls.

  • Coat it with 2 tsp bread crumbs.

  • Heat oil for frying in a pan.

  • Deep fry till golden brown.

  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
